EU – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to users located within the European Union who access or use services provided by Netrix Technologies Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (Company No. 16391301), with its registered office at: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Netrix Technologies Ltd provides a commission-free hotel booking system via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.

Clients may also independently arrange hosting and software installation. Technical support is only included if separately purchased, unless an issue arises directly from the server infrastructure. We do not provide support for installation issues unless they are caused specifically by a fault on our server.

Clients receive full administrative access to the system.

3. Payment Terms

• Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.

• Payments are accepted via Stripe or PayPal.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided that the cancellation is submitted at least one day before the next billing date.

• No refunds are available.

  In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that by purchasing our digital service, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract and waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the platform, software, content, and branding belong to Netrix Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities GB/EU

• You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of your hotel’s website.

• You agree not to misuse our services or use them for any unlawful purposes.

• You must keep your login credentials secure and prevent unauthorized access to your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Netrix Technologies Ltd shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of income, bookings, or business opportunities.

• Errors, inaccuracies, or illegal content on your website.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if foreseeable.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months of active service.

6.1 Third-Party Services Disclaimer

Netrix Technologies Ltd shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, loss of data, or damages resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hosting providers, payment processors, or internet service providers, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in the event of breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or any conduct that may harm our platform or users.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For EU-based users, these Terms are governed by the law of the EU Member State in which the user resides. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that Member State.
