These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Netrix Technologies Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16391301), with a registered address at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London, W1T 6EB.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Netrix Technologies Ltd provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for hotel reservations without commission fees. Additional services such as hosting, installation, and technical support are available, but must be arranged by the client.
Clients receive full administrative access to the system. Support is only included if purchased separately, unless a server malfunction occurs directly due to our infrastructure. We do not offer assistance with installation or setup unless the issue originates from our server environment.
Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with effect from the next billing period, provided cancellation occurs at least one day before the renewal date.
No refunds are provided.
By purchasing our service, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw as outlined in the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Schedule 3, and The Consumer Rights Act 2015.
All intellectual property rights in our platform, content, and branding remain the property of Netrix Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of your hotel website and its operations.
You may not use our platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
You must maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and ensure no unauthorized access.
Netrix Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for:
Any loss of income, bookings, or business opportunity.
Any errors in your own website content or configuration.
Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, even if foreseeable.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months of service use.
Netrix Technologies Ltd shall not be held responsible for any disruptions, loss of data, or damages resulting from the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hosting providers, payment processors, or internet service providers, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, violate applicable laws, or engage in harmful behavior affecting our system or clients.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Netrix Technologies Ltd provides a commission-free hotel booking system via a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
Clients may also independently arrange hosting and software installation. Technical support is only included if separately purchased, unless an issue arises directly from the server infrastructure. We do not provide support for installation issues unless they are caused specifically by a fault on our server.
Clients receive full administrative access to the system.
Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
Payments are accepted via Stripe or PayPal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, provided that the cancellation is submitted at least one day before the next billing date.
No refunds are available.
In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you acknowledge that by purchasing our digital service, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract and waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
All intellectual property rights in the platform, software, content, and branding belong to Netrix Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and compliance of your hotel’s website.
You agree not to misuse our services or use them for any unlawful purposes.
You must keep your login credentials secure and prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Netrix Technologies Ltd shall not be held liable for:
Loss of income, bookings, or business opportunities.
Errors, inaccuracies, or illegal content on your website.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if foreseeable.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months of active service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services in the event of breach of these Terms, violation of applicable laws, or any conduct that may harm our platform or users.
For EU-based users, these Terms are governed by the law of the EU Member State in which the user resides. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that Member State.
